These are 5 delicious ways that I reduce food waste this past week. Starting with the end of this guava jam I made guava milk from matcha. And it was a great reminder to just never rinse your jars. Then I had these bananas that were overripe and going bad. And so instead of making muffins, I made banana foster yogurt bowl. I caramelized the dates on top and it was so delicious. With the final bits of my cookie butter that I couldn't get out of a jar, I put my espresso right in it and made a cookie butter latte. That was so delicious. And then with my mushy strawberries and strawberry tops, I made a delicious syrup to go into my matcha. The bonuses that reducing my food waste also helps me save money.
