It's started by restaurant industry innovator Alex Canter, who sold his last restaurant tech company after raising $150 million. And people like the former CEO of Whole Foods and 7-Eleven are advisors. So we can imagine this will be huge in 2027. And what makes me even more confident is the trend that is currently happening with gas stations. They have evolved to places where people want to hang out at and get food at. And brands like Wawa and Sheetz have led that trend. So I imagine Maggie's will take that to a whole new level but make it a luxury experience. But the real question is do people want a luxury gas station? I personally think people's obsession with Erewhon and status symbols will make Maggie's a huge success.
