So if you want more customers, stop bragging. Stop saying we've 20 years in business, saying award-winning whatever. Stop telling me how you use the best ingredients or the best materials because we don't care. Truth is, people don't buy what you sell, they buy what you solve. So instead of telling me how great you are, tell me how you're going to take away my frustration. Tell me how you're going to solve the problem that's keeping me awake at night. Tell me how you can't help me fix on my own. So yeah, quit sales pitch. Find the struggle, name the frustration, and solve the problem.
