Instead of saying "I think this will work," say "this solves your problem." My first boss taught me that hesitation language costs more deals than bad pricing. Here's what professionals do: They remove weak language completely. And say, "This might help you save time." They say, "This cuts our process from three hours to 30 minutes." Watch the difference. Or this: We respond quickly, we respond within two hours, guaranteed. Weak words make strong offers sound questionable. Who?
