You've been told all over this platform that nobody's hiring. You hear it in the comments, you hear it in videos, you hear it everywhere you go, nobody's hiring. Couldn't be further than the truth. It's actually a lot. There are a lot of companies that are out there hiring and hiring for really good jobs, but the reason you don't see it, the reason it still feels like nobody's hiring is because the companies doing the hiring are not following the normal rules of engagement that we're accustomed to over the last couple decades when it comes to how corporations hire. If you want to learn more about this Check out the video I've got pin. This one right here. I talk about quiet hiring. I called this in January of this year. It has come to fruition. Companies are still hiring, but they're not doing it off job boards. Yeah, they may have that job posted. But here's what they're actually doing when they decide they're going to fill a position. A good position. Let's say 75 to 100k and up on base pay on salary. First thing they're doing is they're looking internal. Who do we have inside of the organization that could fit this role? It's less risky, known people. shorter ramp. If that doesn't work, who do we know outside of the organization meaning recommendations, not referrals, don't get it confused. Recommendations where someone inside of the company says, I know this person, he or she would be a great fit, bring them in and interview them. And then the third batch, the third step, if one and two don't work, step three is who has reached out to us, who has done cold outreach, who has made an impression upon us throughout this process that we probably we need to take a look at. But let's be honest, 99% of the time, they fill that row in step one or step two. So they close that job opening and you never know anything happened because you weren't allowed to be a part in the process because you're still applying for jobs like it's 2022, it doesn't work that way anymore. Companies are absolutely hiring, but if your position, if your strategy is to just to apply for as many jobs as possible, I don't care if you type Taylor your resume or not. If you're just applying for jobs and waiting for them to reach out to you. You are option number four in their hiring strategy and 99 times out of 100, they are never going to get to you.
