In the first video I was confident in my body!! But I had a goal of getting leaner and revealing the muscle I had built!! I felt so stuck! I was doing all the workouts and saw no results. The change I needed was in my DIET!! 👏🏻 Here’s what I did: 1. I started TRACKING MACROS!! I learned to eat for MY body & goals! I ate enough calories to support fat loss and enough protein to maintain all the muscle I had built! This was the missing piece for me! I stopped eating extra snacks at night & followed my macros & my plan & I saw results within 4 weeks! 👏🏻 2. I ate CLEAN, WHOLE foods!! This is the top thing that helped with my inflammation, energy, stress & so much more. I cannot stress this point enough! You will FEEL 10x better if you start eating clean, whole foods!! I used to eat so many protein bars, packaged protein snacks, boxed items, you name it! Once I switched over to eating mostly whole, clean foods I was shocked at how much BETTER I felt! Things like lean proteins, rice, veggies, potatoes, fruits, eggs, oats, etc!! There are SO many addictive and harmful things in these processed snacks/foods! And what I really noticed?? I was wayyy less hungry eating whole foods! Those other things I ate never satiated me! If you want a CUSTOM macro count based on YOUR body & goals click the link in my bio!! 🫶🏼 it will change the game!! #fitness #fyp #bodytransformation #gym #macros
