I know you want the energy drinks. So I'm going to tell you which ones are actually okay for your overall health. I'm Andrea Marcellus. I help busy professionals lose 16 to 30 plus pounds in just four months and have it last. So I've been looking at all these things, and here are my top picks. Unwell, is very well. This one has a little cane sugar, which I do not mind in a coffee creamer or a little drink like this. And a little stevia. That's how it sweetens. So we're okay there. Nothing to disrupt the gut microbiome. That's your number one concern with the sweetener. The caffeine is coming from green coffee extract, so that's okay. Niacinamide is fine. It's a bunch of B vitamins in here which help with energy. It's not the best source of B12, um, but it's only relevant to you if you have methylation issues. You know, and if you're into this sort of thing, then Gorgie is sort of gorgeous. Ha ha. Um, because we're doing the same thing. Simple ingredients for this sort of a product. Caffeine from green tea in this one, which I actually really like. L-theanine is in this product, which is amazing because that's something that's mood enhancing. That actually can cross the blood brain barrier. So that's a really good ingredient. Few B vitamins. Not the best, uh, B12 in this one either. But again, only relevant if you're having methylation issues. Here's a surprise. Awesome choice, in my opinion. Um, this one has its energy coming from yerba mate. And yerba mate generally, um, tastes like if you, um, crushed dirt and tree bark together and licked it, and they make that taste great. This is good because it's a really wonderful natural energy source, and they keep everything really simple in here. It's Reb a stevia, which is just fine and not disruptive to your gut microbiome or your metabolism. Lions mane, which is a great adaptogen. Panax ginseng. Good stuff for your digestion. So this is good. These brands all contain sucralose, which is, um, disruptive to your gut microbiome. And the one thing, if you're going to be buying products in packages, please know we have to stay away from ingredients that are gonna disrupt your gut microbiome. Your health entirely starts there. So we really want this firing on all cylinders. I'm not a fan of these because we are mixing high amounts of caffeine plus guarana. Um, it's touted as a metabolic booster. It's not gonna be doing that for you, and it actually can be very dangerous. These have, you know, sucralose. These have guarana, which we don't want. These have, like, there's just better choices.
