What's the difference between sepsis, severe sepsis, and septic shock and how do you change your management for each? What are some of the common causes of high anion metabolic acidosis? What is the GFR cutoff for metformin treatment? What is the definition of an AKI What is LIGHTS criteria? What is a SAG score What is the criteria for assessing pulmonary embolism risk called? What drug do you give for someone who's experiencing active alcohol withdrawal? What is the score you're supposed to calculate to assess for risk of alcohol wit drawal? Most common causes of pancreatitis What are the indications for dia lyis The difference between nephrotic and nephritic syndrome The difference be bowel obstruction and ileus And then I also got asked to talk about the different acute coronary syndromes. Um, that was more conversational. I was just talking about STEMI and NSTEMI and unstable angina And then I'm sure I've been asked a lot but to be honest, my experience with pimping has not been all that bad I feel like it's a lot more an and the attendings are just making sure I'm on the same page with the case versus, outwardly trying to test my knowledge and make me look like a fool But I hope that wa And let me know if you guys want any answers to any of those que because I because a lot of them I but I don't think I would have been able to necessarily just, like list them off the bat.
