This is lesson number six. Everything I learned at Goldman Sachs. I got to meet some of the most successful CEOs in the world and there were three traits that they shared in common. Trait number one is their decisiveness. The top CEOs are incredibly decisive. They have "strong convictions, loosely held." Because they knew in order to turn a ship as large as a massive organization, you have to have conviction. But they weren't idiots about their decisions.
