Buffalo Chicken Wrap Meal Prep!🤍 So so easy!! This meal prep took me less than 20 minutes, so what's the excuse? Each of these wraps has 50 grams of protein. I'm gonna make this super quick and easy meal prep today. This is perfect if you just need one serving at a time. We're gonna add in our chicken of choice. I got this Tater Tot's shredded chicken from Trader Joe's. I've been loving this stuff. Already pre-shredded so I don't have to do any work. This has about 15 ounces of chicken. Next, I'm gonna add in a cup of this Lite Mexican Style cheese blend from Trader Joe's. I love this stuff. The macros are great. It's 80 calories and 8 grams of protein per serving. So we're gonna throw in a cup. We're then gonna throw in a half a cup of plain Greek yogurt. Lastly, we're gonna throw in our buffalo sauce. I got this at Trader Joe's. I was really surprised about how good the ingredients are. I feel like it's comparable to Siete, which is kind of crazy. When I start with a half a cup. This also depends on how buffalo-y you want it. Mix it all up. We are all mixed up. For wraps this week, I'm gonna use Lavash bread. I am horrible at wrapping wraps, so I thought it would be easier to use Lavash bread. The serving size is half the piece. I'm gonna use the whole piece so that it wraps easier. The weight of the buffalo chicken is about 26 ounces. I'm gonna make four wraps. So it's about 6 and a half ounces per wrap. Placing it right in the middle. Here's the hardest part. We did something. I just put it on the pan for a couple minutes on each side just to crisp it up so it holds its shape. We did something. I'm gonna leave these in the fridge throughout the week. You can absolutely freeze these. If you're worried about getting soggy, you can just add it to the wrap day of. That was the easiest meal prep and now we're good for four days. Perfection.
