Yummy We're making lazy tuna sushi If you love sushi and you're looking for an easy way to make it at home, this quick, you can get really creative and we hope you enjoy it. Let's get right into it. We're gonna start by prepping our tuna mix. Drain the tuna. Flake this up. Some Kewpie mayo, the only difference between this and some regular mayonnaise is that this uses egg yolks and apple cider vinegar, whilst regular mayo uses whole eggs. A little bit of sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and lastly some sesame seeds. Give this a good mix. A little bit of saran wrap. And we're gonna line our dish. This is gonna make it a lot easier when we actually have to take out our sushi. Cut up our avocado. Cut these into small slices. So we're gonna lay this down nicely. Our tuna mix. Pack this down. And we're gonna lay down some cucumber slices. And then a layer of rice. You can use sushi rice, but we're just gonna use jasmine rice because it's nice and sticky. Pack this down. And we're just gonna top this off with a piece of nori sheet. Flip it onto our cutting board. Our beautiful salt and piipa cutting board. Oh yeah. That looks delicious. Looks really good though. Some furikake, which is just Japanese rice seasoning. Green onions. Side of soy sauce. Cheers.
