creating a To Do list within Teams & Outlook My corporate company recently switched from Slack to Microsoft Teams, and it's a growing pain. but I've discovered Microsoft Planner. So let me show you. loved about Slack is this later section. So anytime I got a Slack that I couldn't act on that moment, I would just add it to my later and it kind of acted like a Teams does not have this. When someone sends there's nowhere for it to go. I'll click on these and come down to create planner task. It makes this cutie little pop up. It links to the team's message so you're able to find it again. And then I just paste whatever the message was. Here you give it a title. You can select different boards. So then in teams prove leaves on this sidebar, you can find planner. I would honestly pin it to the side bar and you can see that it creates this board kind of like an Asana board. So whenever you're you can simply move it. something off, it automatically moves into the completed section. You can see these are private tasks, so no one else in my company can see them. But it is collaborative, so you could add people to these and let's say your boss added you to one that would show up over here. This might look familiar to you because Microsoft Planner is also synced up with To do So this is outlook. For example, tasks on this side bar within To Do. in a separate video, but if you are working you're probably So anytime you get a to do within an email, you simply just highlight this, add it to a task. to do, it's showing everything from teams as well as now everything from outlook. when you tap into the tasks, you can open the original email or you can open the original team's message. You can also always go to the planner website or app and find that here. And what's cool is you can even build out different plans. for different projects, you could create separate boards for all of those. For me right now, bare essentials, I am simply just using my tasks or to do's. And this is it. Again, over from Gmail and Slack over to outlook and team.
