Genetics don't make you fat. Yes they do, but let me explain. Genetics have a massive part in how big a person can get. The body, I believe, is made up of three different body types, yeah? Mesomorph, ectomorph, and endomorph. Endomorph people have more like sumo wrestlers, so someone like myself, right? Then you got someone like an ectomorph who struggles to put on any sort of mass or size or anything. Then you got a mesomorph, someone like speed, who can just stack on muscle super fast and just barely any fat. Have you ever wondered why some people can just stack on muscle so quick? Or some slim people just can't stack weight on at all? Or the fact that I am so huge, you'd think how'd you even get that big? Genetically, my ceiling of how big I can get is bigger than yours. But not everyone could get to this size. That being said, I am only this big because of my diet, because I eat loads of shit. But I am able to get this gargantuan because of my genetics. And if you're a sports scientist or like a gym enthusiast or whatever, please correct me if I'm wrong or stitch this video and let me know if I'm right or wrong. So, does genetics make you fat? No, I just like to eat a lot. Was that so f*cking hard!? This video made my day, I hope you watched the whole video. His yap, my yap, doesn't matter. Ngl, he had me. But just to make sure it's clear that somatotype model he mentioned never actually had anything to do with muscle building capacity or how prone an individual is to gaining fat. It's actually a psychological model trying to predict human behavior based on certain physical traits or features. Basically this. But yeah, the guy pretty much explained why you're fat in the most wholesome way I've ever seen because you eat too many calories on a consistent basis. You're in an excess calorie surplus for a very long period of time. It's not that deep.
