Okay, today I'm following one of your suggestions and doing banana pudding butter beans. First thing you're gonna do is add a can of butter beans, drained and rinsed, and a quarter cup water into the pan and you're just gonna heat it up over medium heat. Now you're gonna add a whole ripe banana and you're gonna mash it in with the beans until completely smooth. This one wants to be creamy. Stir in the maple syrup and the salt and simmer it four minutes. Add the vanilla off the heat. About 19g fiber and 20g protein, plus over 1,000mg of potassium. Oh my goodness. I'm gonna use the immersion blender this time. You guys all were telling me I needed one. So I'm gonna use this this time. Look how smooth that is. I'm gonna next add a little bit of maple syrup and a bit of homemade vanilla extract. I have taken this off of the heat and I'm gonna add a pinch of salt. Banana pudding butter beans. And I got the immersion blender. So it's nice and smooth. And I'm just gonna taste this and see how I like it. Oh my goodness. That is so good. I'm eating it warm straight from the stove, but if you put this in the fridge and then gave it to your kids with vanilla wafer, I bet they would love this. It's a little bit thicker than a pudding because of the beans, obviously. I don't know if you can see that, but that tastes heavenly, so good. Try it and tell me what you think. Talk soon.
