All right, going into the office today, I've got to make a quick and easy recipe. This is vanilla bean butter bean pudding. And you just get one can of butter beans, you drain and rinse them. And a quarter cup water, one tablespoon maple syrup, one teaspoon vanilla extract, a quarter teaspoon cinnamon, pinch of salt. Warm the beans and the water over medium heat. Mash that until it's completely smooth. This one wants to be creamy. Stir in the maple syrup, the cinnamon, and the salt, and simmer it three minutes. Add the vanilla off the heat. Butter beans mash creamier than any other bean, so take the extra few seconds and get it completely smooth. This one sounds funny. And then you're going to add of course, maple syrup. I used homemade vanilla extract. That sounds funny. And then you're going to add a pinch or two of salt. We're just gonna simmer this for three minutes and then eat it. Smells delicious. All right, butter beans are quickly becoming my favorite. I love everything I've made with butter beans so far. And you can take this and it's supposed to be like a pudding. So I don't have an immersion blender, but you can definitely make this into a pudding consistency. Let's go ahead and give it a taste. Oh my goodness. This is the best. This is so good. Give it a try. Talk to you soon.
