If you hate water down coffee, then these coffee ice balls are a must in your iced latte or iced coffee. I have no coffee ice balls, so I figured we do it together. And here's the thing, you can either use paper towel to press them down or use a kitchen rag. Take your favorite iced coffee. It doesn't matter which one. This one I got from Costco, but normally I'll just get whatever is on sale. And by the way, these trays have a fill line. You have to fill it up to the fill line. Even though a lot of the coffee comes up when you press them down, if you don't fill it up to the fill line, it won't form like whole balls, they will be half spheres, and we don't want that. And that. You're going to take the top, line it up, and don't press down, or else this will all explode in your face. Put your towel on top and press it down. I'm going to do half of them with just coffee and then the other half mixed in some milk. You can also put your sweeteners in here, flavors, whatever you want. I also always get asked how my kitchen is always clean. I don't leave any mess behind, you guys. I always clean as I go. These are going into the freezer. Now these do take a whole day to freeze in my freezer. Some people just leave them in there for a couple hours and they're frozen. Mine take a whole day to freeze, pretty much. So I'm going to put them in there and I'll see you tomorrow when we crack. I'm actually so excited to see how the ones with milk came out. By the way, this is the container it comes in. I just freeze them right in here. That way there is any leakage, it goes right to the container, because it used to do that. That. Now here is what I like to do. Now the side that doesn't have the holes, like this side, I run under hot water, just to break up the ice balls from that side. That way I only have to crack this side. Coffee ice balls are mouth. These just make me so happy. Just stocked up for the week. I'm not going to do them for another five, six days. So yeah. Tomorrow.
