Homemade soft pretzels 🥨 first time making them and they were a HIT! I followed @heymom recipe but modified it a little bit! Recipe: This recipe made 6 pretzels! 4 cups all purpose flour 11/2 cups warm water 1 TBS sugar 2 tsp salt 4 TBS butter melted 2.5. tsp instant yeast baking soda water: 2.5 qts water 2/3 cup baking soda egg wash (1 egg scrambled) pretzel salt or corse sea salt Bake at 450 for 6 minutes with the first layer of egg wash, then apply a second layer with sea salt on top and bake for additional 6 minutes! #homemadepretzels #softpretzel #homemadefood #EasyRecipe #pretzel
