This bowl has over 60 grams of protein comes together in 10 minutes and it is the most delicious to a salad snack. Let me show you how to make it. All right, this is literally the best snack to have especially if you're trying to like watch what you eat. It has so much protein in it and it's so good and versatile and you can have it with so many things. It comes together in like 5 minutes. By the way, 1 can of tuna is 180 calories and 33 grams of protein and I'm pretty sure zero calories. Yeah, so this is going to make 66 grams of protein, which is insane. So when I get and it's from, you can make this with any tuna you want. And by the way, I've had a lot of people in my comments tell me that they followed the same exact recipe with chicken or like chicken to make like chicken salad and apparently it comes out really good too, so I have yet to try that maybe next week. I'm just going to break them up with the fork. Just like that. All right, a non-negotiable and my salad is celery. This adds so much freshness to it and crunch and it takes away from the fishyness of the tuna. So I'm going to wash three stocks and chop them up finely. Okay, I'm just going to add it right in. I'm also going to finally chop up one small red onion. The last thing we're going to chop up is some pickled jalapeños. If I had fresh, I would use those, but I don't have. So I'm just going to do the pickled ones. They're just as good. All right, and then I normally also like adding fresh parsley, I'm all out. We're just going to use dry, it's fine. Again, this just adds freshness to it. Then we're going to do some capers. These are citrus capers. Yours don't have to be any kind of capers and if you don't like them, don't add them. All right, and now for the dressing, it's super simple. We're going to do the juice of one lemon. Now we're going to do some mayo, and I'm using light mayo just to keep it low on the calories. Use any kind of mayo that you like. And a tiny bit of mustard. Again, this just takes away from the fishiness. A little bit of olive oil and some salt and pepper. I'm just going to test it for seasonings. Perfect every single time. If you like it extra creamy, you can always add more mayo. I don't. I like it more like textured. That makes sense like chunky. And that's pretty much it. Easy, delicious and healthy. As always, let me know if you try it.
