Growing up, a plate of any type of pasta, salad, and garlic bread was always a staple! Such an easy, quick, and comforting dinner that brings back so many memories. ❤️ Start by adding one chopped onion to a medium-heated pan and sautéing it until fragrant. Add a couple tablespoons of butter, and once melted, add flour to create a roux. Once it’s well combined with no lumps, slowly add about 2 cups of heavy cream. You can do more if needed. I add it a little at a time. Season with your favorite seasonings and measure with your heart! Add handfuls of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, letting it melt until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Stir in one can of Rotel and one can of cream of chicken soup, then add your shredded chicken. I’m using pulled chicken from Kroger, but any cooked, shredded chicken will work! Once everything is well combined, add in your cooked spaghetti noodles and mix until coated. Transfer everything to an oven-safe dish, top with more cheese, and bake at 350°F for about 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden, bubbly, and delicious! #nostalgia #90s #childhoodmemories #dinner #dinnerinspo
