Cowboy Butter Ravioli 🤠 I start by browning 1 pound of ground beef until it’s cooked through, then drain the grease. Add in your onion and garlic and cook until fragrant. You can add in your favorite seasonings, and of course, I use Kinder’s Cowboy Butter seasoning! Use whatever seasonings you prefer and adjust everything to your taste. Next, I add 1 can of tomato juice, 1 can of roasted tomatoes, and tomato paste. Let everything simmer until it’s cooked down, flavorful, and delicious. Give it a taste and adjust your seasonings as needed. Then, start on your cowboy butter cream sauce! I use a couple tablespoons of butter and melt it down. Add in some Kinder’s Cowboy Butter seasoning, then pour in about 1½ cups of heavy cream. (optional: dijon mustard) Add a couple handfuls of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and stir until everything is melted, creamy, and smooth. Place your ravioli into an oven-safe dish and cover them with the creamy white sauce first. Then top with the meat sauce and finish with more cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the ravioli is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it sit for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven so the sauce can set up and thicken before serving! #comfortfood #Foodie #cowboybutter #DinnerIdeas #recipeideas
