Italian dressing chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and a roll :) such a simple, comforting dinner and always on my weekly rotation! I took three chicken breasts and cut them into strips. I added them to a bowl with a little olive oil and seasoned them with my favorite seasonings. Then, I added them to an oven-safe pan and baked them at 350°F for about 20–25 minutes. Once they were cooked through, I removed them from the oven and coated each piece in Italian dressing. I placed them back in the oven for a few more minutes, just until the dressing caramelized and the chicken was full of flavor #nostalgia #90s #dinnerinspo #childhoodmemories #memories
