I don't think people understand the difference between being and shredded. So, I've been training and this is, and this is what I consider lean. This is probably around 15% body fat. If you guys think otherwise, comment down below. But this is nowhere near shredded. This is how I look like shredded. This is probably between 7 and 8% body fat. If you saw this physique on the beach, you would be like, what the fuck is going on with that guy? But there's nothing good. I'm telling you. It's not sustainable in the long term. Being that low body fat is so detrimental to your hormones. First of all, my test was as low as an old man. I was probably the same as my grandpa in terms of. My sleep was disrupted. I could not sleep more than six hours. My cortisol levels were so high. And my appetite was through the roof. I was just thinking of food all the time. Whereas you compare to what I have right now, you know, little fluffier, still looks good. But I feel significantly better mentally. This is sustainable. What you see online, truly shredded, striations, veins everywhere, paper thin skin. It's not sustainable, unfortunately. If they tell you otherwise, they're probably on something. TF you expect me to say when you already know my stance on this? And some of you guys, quite a few of you, are sending me same videos over and over again. Usually when guys are coping, basically explaining to people how being shredded, sub 10% body fat, year round is unsustainable. I wonder why it's not a low body fat mentioned things. All the negative side effects of prolonged deficit in to reach a fat per se. Many times it ain't. If you want in-depth explanation, make sure you watch those videos. So I won't give you another yap about this. The reason why I'm responding to this video is, why are always same people sending me these videos? Huh!? Are you trying to make me break or expect I'll break and come out and say, "Yeah, I'm on TRT..." or perhaps you expect me to say I'm suffering. I've been at a very low body fat for over 11 years, almost 12. I feel function and perform fine. Not fine, great. TF people expect!? You've been in a deficit for months to reach a low body fat to begin with. And now you think your body will upregulate hormonal profile, adapt in a week!? Yeah, you'll have to suffer for months, probably, before your body actually adapts to your newly found state, to your new conditioning until it upregulates hormones. But I mean, let's be real for a moment. And I already explained virtually all those guys who are demonizing low body fat, calling it unsustainable and talking shit about it online because it makes them feel better about themselves. It's a convenient justification. So "if I can't do it, none of you mortals." Oh man, I feel like a broken record. I've told the body so many times. A bunch of you follow me or don't believe me or don't believe me. That's why I can feel and perform fine. Than enough people to. That's straight up bullshit. It's just that most people are terrified of an idea they'll have to track calories of their lives again. You already know pretty much everything I have to say about this particular subject. Yes, you can get year round. If you have necessary. Most people don't like 99.9%. Even guys who get stage ready for a short period of time. Usually don't have required level of discipline to year round. But yeah, I have a dentist appointment. Let's see if all that Coke Zero eroded my enamel, my teeth.
