5 shoulder moves I’ll never stop doing 💪🏼 There are certain exercises I come back to again and again, not because they’re fancy, but because they’re simple, effective, and I actually enjoy doing them. And honestly, I think that matters way more than constantly searching for new exercises. These 5 are some of my go to’s when I’m training shoulders: alt arnold press bent-arm lateral raises upright rows alt front raises bent over wide grip rows Aim for 10-12 reps per arm, per move and repeat for 3-4 rounds. I’m using 20 lb dumbbells for all 5 moves, but choose a weight that makes those last few reps feel challenging while still allowing you to keep good form. 🔥 You don’t need 47 different exercises to build a strong upper body. You need a handful of solid movements, weights that challenge you, and enough consistency to keep getting stronger at them. Save these for the next time you’re standing there with your dumbbells thinking, “okay…what am I doing today?” 😉🫡 And if you’d rather skip that question altogether, I’ve got weekly workouts for you! #shoulders #armworkout #armday #upperbody
