The creator's personal journey and the inclusion of a spotter add an element of shared experience and a touch of drama, making it engaging for a fitness-oriented audience.

How much can a 51kg girl shoulder press? Today I'm testing my one rep max. I haven't actually really tested this before. I know the most I've ever done is 14 kilos, but that was for 10 reps. So, starting off with four. Starting off with the fours. Nice. On to the sixes. Nice. On to the sixes. Easy. Doing eights now. This is actually normally my warm-up set. Cool. Tens kilos. This is where it starts getting harder. Still got it. We're on to twelves now. This is actually probably my working set at the moment since I've lost some strength. On to the twelves. That felt worryingly heavy. On to the 14s. I'm gonna ask for a spotter. Spotter. I just want you to help me get it up and then I'll do a full rep. Yeah, let's go. Okay. Cool. On to the 16s. I don't think I've ever actually lifted these. These are humongous. In my head, this is probably the heaviest I can do. Yeah. Okay. 18s. These are humongous. In my head, this is probably the heaviest I can do. Yeah. Okay. 20s. No chance. There's no chance. Can you lift more? 10 kilos was the best. 18 kilos. Fuck. I don't think I can do heavier than that. 20 kilos. Nope. Yeah. There's no chance. Can you lift more? 10 kilos was the best.
