Cowboy butter goes good on everything! I start with bone-in pork chops, patting them dry, then drizzle them with Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. I season them generously with Cowboy Butter Kinder’s seasoning, along with a few of my other favorite seasonings to really pack in the flavor. You can let the pork chops marinate in the fridge for several hours before cooking, but you can also cook them right away! When I’m ready to cook them, I add a good amount of butter to a pan over medium-high heat. I sear the pork chops on both sides, then let them finish cooking all the way through. I like to add extra butter to the pan as they cook and spoon that buttery goodness over the pork chops. This recipe is super customizable, so make it your own! I like a little bit of spice, so I add some red pepper flakes for a little kick. Just make sure your pork chops are cooked through before serving!
