Ice Cream Bread Pudding INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE 1.5 qt vanilla bean ice cream 2 whole eggs, 1 egg yolk 2 tbsp cinnamon 12 minute day old butter croissants (or 6 large ones) Powdered sugar and berries for serving Let the ice cream melt in the fridge over night. The ice cream will look frozen but if u mix it it will become more like cream. Add the eggs and cinnamon and whisk until smooth Rip apart the croissants and place them in a large casserole tray Pour the ice cream mixture over the croissants and press them down, making sure they are fully submerged Let it sit for about 20 minutes Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes Let it cool completely and serve with powdered sugar and berries
