Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler INGREDIENTS 2 yellow peaches 1/4 c brown sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 2 containers refrigerated cinnamon rolls 1/2 c all-purpose flour 1/3 c brown sugar 1/3 c white sugar 2 tbsp cinnamon 1/4 c melted salted butter Vanilla ice cream Remove peach pits with needle-nose pliers. Peel and slice peaches into wedges. Toss with 1/4 c brown sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Let sit 5 min, then mix again to release the juices. Place peaches in a round frying or cake pan. Top with cinnamon rolls, filling any gaps (cut one into pieces if needed). Bake at 375°F for 30 min. For streusel, mix flour, 1/3 c brown sugar, white sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon and butter. Press into clumps on a sheet tray and bake at 375°F for 20 min. Cool to harden. Let cobbler cool, flip onto a plate, and top with streusel and vanilla ice cream.
