He Bought This Apple Watch for $20... Then Found Out Why

A customer brought me this Apple Watch after buying it from a guy online for only $20. The seller told him the watch was completely dead and that Apple had already said it couldn't be repaired. For $20, he figured there was basically nothing to lose. But when I opened it, I immediately noticed something strange. The inside didn't look like a watch that had simply stopped working. Someone had already opened it and attempted a repair. The screen assembly had been messed with. The adhesive was everywhere, and whoever worked on it before had clearly given up halfway through. The customer asked me if I could somehow bring it back to life. So I completely separated the display, cleaned everything and started rebuilding the screen instead of simply throwing it out. At one point, I even had to put the display through specialized equipment to save the original panel. After cleaning the components and putting everything back together, I secured the watch and left it to set. Then the customer told me something he conveniently forgot to mention earlier: the guy who sold him the watch apparently wanted it back. He had seen my repair video and realized the watch might actually be worth hundreds if I managed to fix it now. He was offering the customer $50 to return it.
