Hook
I found out that my husband was cheating on me when I was seven months pregnant and then ultimately took him back. Uh we remained married for five years and then I just divorced him this past year. The story around him cheating on me when I was seven months pregnant is I woke up one night and just felt like okay, something in my spirit was off and I sure enough checked the AT&T account and I saw this number that he was messaging like really early hours. So I messaged my friend in Alabama and she calls to make a hair appointment. Okay, clearly hair appointment. Okay. It was a female's voice so she clocked it okay female and I had done a little bit more research about like that phone number online to like really pair it with this person that I assumed that it was. And so never met this lady before in my life, didn't know how he even connected with her and loaded up my car, 100 lb labradoodle. I'm huge pregnant, seven months pregnant. And it was the weekend, it was the week before my co-ed baby shower in Florida. And I called this girl and I'm like look, this is who I am. Your number is showing up on my husband's uh AT&T account like please like explain and she just immediately like apologizing to me like complete girls girl because now this girl is sending him screenshots. And I'm like honestly like thank you. I want you to just like pretend, right? I haven't contacted you and I need you to basically keep them busy um all day. And so I packed up the uh SUV and drove off, took off to Florida. Uh it was probably four plus hours sometime when he actually realized that I turned my find friends off and then realized that I had uh left because he came home from work and like the dog's gone, I'm gone and like all the things. So went to stay in Florida and I pretty much gave him, I did I gave him an ultimatum like you're either going to confess to everything that you've done or I'm not coming back to Texas. And the drive from Texas to Florida is about eight to nine hours uh cuz I lived in the panhandle from like the panhandle panhandle area. And so I told him, hey, this is what this is what it's going to take. And so I ultimately came back to Texas. Uh we started therapy. We started a course called Reengage through one of the churches here which ended up being such a blessing for me hindsight because I met so many good people through that. Um so yeah.
