Nine women. Nine lives. Nine families whose worlds have been shattered. As investigators continue working to uncover the truth behind the deaths of women across Ekurhuleni, four of the nine victims have now been formally identified by their families. The latest is 28-year-old Gracious Nkomo, whose body was found along the R21 in Kempton Park. Her family identified her at the Germiston Mortuary. But there is another heartbreaking development. The ninth woman, whose body was discovered on Thursday in the Villa Liza area of Dawn Park, has reportedly been identified by name as 23-year-old Tebello from Vosloorus. However, reports indicate that her family is still expected to formally identify the body. Behind every name is a person who was loved. A daughter. A sister. A mother. A friend. Someone who had dreams, plans and people waiting for her to come home. For the families who have received confirmation, there is now the unbearable pain of knowing their loved one is gone. For those still waiting, the uncertainty continues. These women cannot simply become numbers in a growing investigation. They had names. They had lives. They mattered. And every family deserves answers, accountability and justice. #JustAdvocacy #JusticeForTheVictims #KemptonPark #Ekurhuleni #SouthAfrica
