How to create the best Power BI workspace of your life? First things first, you're going to want to not publish anything into your my workspace unless it's something that really only you're going to see. Not a good place to publish content that you plan on sharing out with other people. So, we're going to create a workspace for us to share out all of our content. So, to create a workspace, we're going to go down to workspaces and you can see all the workspaces that we have up here. We don't have any in our current Power BI tenant, but that's about to change. Click and this little sidebar is going to pop up for create a workspace. So I'm going to name my workspace whatever makes the most sense for the type of content that I'm going to be putting in the workspace. Can I have two workspaces with the same name? Just keep that in mind. And I'm going to put a little description here. So it's just really obvious to anybody who I share reports with or any other Power BI artifact with in this workspace like what the workspace is actually about. This one's just a test. So I'm going to write something related to that. This is the fun part. This is the part that you guys probably haven't seen. I'm going to open up PowerPoint and I'm just going to create my own icon. We're doing some testing, we're doing some building. Okay, I don't know if the hammer makes sense, but we're going with it. I'm just going to change the color to purple. That's my favorite color. By adding a color, it will also stick out on the workspaces tab. I'm going to save it. Now I'm going to export it as a PNG file. Click upload here, select my image. In Power BI the icon shows as a circle image. So that's why the sides have been cut off. So just keep that in mind. I'm going to hit apply. Uh, it's so pretty, you guys. I just love it. We can also pin it. So if you have a lot of workspaces, that can be really helpful. So that you don't have to search for your workspace that you use the most all the time. And then I'm going to click on it and there we go. And you can see the description right there. You have the icon, like it's very clear what this workspace is. And happy developing.
