These folks don’t want the backstory, they want to know what it means and move on. The manager version is different. It answers the question every manager actually has, which is “what does this change for my team and what do I need to tell them?” So it pulls out the operational stuff and frames it around their people. The frontline version is plain language. No jargon, no strategy speak. Just “here’s what’s different starting Monday and here’s what you do.” Short, clear, human. One memo in. Three audiences served. Each one gets a message written like it was meant for them, because it was. The whole thing takes about ninety seconds. This is the part people miss about AI at work.
