Hello Sarah, this is I'm over at the store. What did I catch you in the middle of? Um, I'm just answering a few emails. Yeah, totally understand. I thought a lot of leaders in the grocery space who are super busy, so I'm not going to take much of your time. But I'd love to just chat with you and understand if you're currently struggling with productivity and travel within those warehouses and how you're currently handling. Slating. Yeah, now it's time for a great time, to be honest, I'm not interested. Yeah, totally understand. Curious what you're not interested in or your team's already solving. Slating excellently. You don't need any optimization within those processes. Yeah, all of that. Uh, yeah, I'm just not interested. We're pretty well covered. Love to get some time on your calendar just to better understand what processes and approaches you're taking. And I'd love to get time tomorrow at 2 PM or 4 PM Eastern. Which one works for you? Neither of those work. Uh, yeah, it's, um, it's John. Uh, you could just shoot him an email. I don't think he's, uh, he's a bit busy right now on the phones. It makes sense. I'd love to get you and John on a call together. So you can make then an introduction for me. Does that work for you? Tomorrow doesn't work. All right. How about Monday at 3 PM Eastern? Yeah, that works. Okay. Can I just get a confirmation of your email and I'll send that invite right over to you? Yeah, it's saraplowman.com. Okay. Thanks, Sarah. I'm looking forward to chatting with you Monday and looking forward to looping in on that as well. Okay. Thanks. Woo! Okay. I think anyone has ever booked a meeting on the very first volunteer. You think? Few things, few things. Your tone was amazing. So positive, which is exactly how you want to sound on the phone. One main thing I will say is I kept saying I'm not interested, but when I first threw that at you, you handled it perfectly until you said what you're not interested in. And instead of you getting information from me, I was trying so many ways to figure out how to not give you the meeting, but you just kept pushing. And your professional persistence was key. Right. And you didn't actually get my genuine answer to what I'm not interested in. And I probably could have gave you some information that would have been helpful for you to book the meeting. Right. I threw another objection at you, not the right person. Who is? What's their contact information? Can I loop them in to a meeting with you tomorrow at two? Chef's kiss. If you guys ever get that objection on a call, not the right person, find out who is. Get the information, ask for their cell number, ask for their email, ask to get them looped in. I was trying so many ways to figure out how to not give you the meeting, but you just kept pushing. And your professional persistence was key.
