This is the best chicken marinade for chicken thighs. Anyone who's ever had mine will tell you, it's absolutely delicious. 1/2 cup of oil. I like to use avocado oil here specifically because I like to put the chicken thighs on a really hot griddle and a really hot pan, and it needs to have a high smoke point. 1/2 cup of oil. Record didn't get hit again for these next ingredients. Quarter cup of Worcestershire sauce, quarter cup of soy sauce, and a half a cup of maple syrup. 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons of salt. 6 smashed cloves of garlic. I do not put chopped garlic in this marinade because again, I like my grill really hot to get that really crispy sear on the outside and the garlic will burn. So I just smashed my garlic cloves that way I can easily not put them on the grill. And if you don't have any garlic cloves on hand, just use some garlic powder. I'd say maybe a tablespoon or so. Whisk everything together. 3 pounds of chicken thighs. Pour your marinade in there. We're gonna let this marinate for at least a couple hours. It's best if you have four or five to wait, but a couple will do. We'll cook these for dinner. So I'll see you in about four hours with the finished product. I cooked my chicken on my Blackstone, cooked to 165 degrees. And here it is. It's rested for about 10 minutes. Take a bite. All these flavors go so beautifully together. And that maple syrup allows for this nice crispy char on the outside. That's how I like it. So that's all I have for you today. We'll see you tomorrow.
