I don't know if you guys know this, but it's 2020. We're halfway through 2026. We are at least three years deep into one of the most brutal job markets that I've ever seen professionally in my 43 years. But we still have people that continue for three years to apply to jobs the exact same way. Applying volume, you don't reach out, you don't target anything, you're using automation to increase the volume and you've been doing it for years and you're complaining about how bad the market is. Make change. Change your direction, change your skill set, change the type of job that you're after, change your approach, do something different. Because at this point with us being three years deep at this point, you can't blame the market anymore because the market is the status quo. This isn't some weird flux. This is a shift in the way that companies hire. This is a shift in the skills and the top of roles organizations now need to consider themselves successful. This isn't a bad job market. This is the new job market. And too many of you are refuse to acknowledge that at the detriment of yourself.
