how I prepped to be the private chef for my bestie's bachelorette tomorrow and I'm going to be cooking for everyone the first night. So here's everything that I've prepped in advance to bring in a cooler. Here are the little menus that I made for everyone. I made this honey Dijon marinade for the chicken. So all I have to do when I get there is put the chicken in. And then for the smashed potatoes, I already pre-boiled and smashed them. That way when I get there, I can just put it on a baking sheet with some butter. I made some fresh garlic aioli and homemade hummus. These are all of the veggies that I pre-cut. So we have cucumbers, two different types of rainbow carrots, these snap peas that I'm gonna like cut some of them when I get there, but I didn't want them to all fall out. And then some radishes. I made herb butter to go with the corn and when I get there, I'll slice these so they'll be like individual portions. My Maldon salt. I have potato seasoning that I'll add to the butter for the potatoes. And then the salmon seasoning that I'll add to the butter for the salmon. EVOO, extra virgin olive oil. I'm bringing the Oliva Dorado, but I thought this makes it easier for travel. Hot honey. Pistachios. And then I prepped all of my garnishes. I chopped all of the chives, dill, mint, parsley. And then I also have some lime zest and lemon zest and then lemon juice and lime juice already squeezed. This morning I ran to the farmer's market to pick up some fresh heirloom tomatoes. That is it. This should hopefully make my life 100 times easier tomorrow and I'll keep you posted on what I make.
