if you're building your pantry, start with these recently asked to do a kitchen must-haves video, so everything I have stocked in my kitchen at all times. three different types of oil. That's neutral and higher heat, I use avocado oil. Then a good olive oil to cook with. I use the Graza Sizzle. And lastly, a higher quality olive oil. This one's from Oliva Dorado. It was harvested in October 2025. I use for when I'm making dressings, dipping bread into, definitely using more sparingly. And that, I'll always have one good vinegar on hand when I'm making dressings. So I love this Champagne vinegar. Always got to have Mike's Hot Honey. You blow through this. I put it on top of a lot of things. It's so good. For spices, these I absolutely cannot live without. I blow through them all the time. There's garlic and onion granules or powder. I switch between the two. Paprika, I've got oregano. I'll always have some red pepper flakes on hand. My fridge is always stocked with tons of lemons and limes. I probably have about 12 lemons in there. Another thing that I use all the time is fresh parm. I picked up a block of it from my local farmer's market, but I'll get it from whole foods or whatever. Dijon mustard. This one is delicious. I'll use it a lot in dressings, marinades, basically anything. Kerrygold butter. If you know, you know. It's honestly the best. I always have honey on hand, separate from hot honey. This will be local raw honey. I use garlic and basically everything that I cook, so always have a bunch of these. Maldon sea salt. I love this as a finishing salt. It makes your food taste 10 times better, whatever you're making. I've got this huge tub from Costco. I'm actually almost finished. I got it like a year ago, so it lasts forever. And I want to say this was like 8 bucks. I saw on TikTok and I want to say you can't tell the difference. I always have a tub of Greek yogurt too. I have 5% and then 2% there too. Actually, if you're trying to cook like healthier options, this is great. Kettle & Fire chicken broth is always in my pantry and then Lundberg organic jasmine rice. Actually, I think I'm missing one thing. How could I forget? Good Culture cottage cheese. I'll just eat this like straight, but also if you're trying to make like a creamy, healthier pasta, I'll blend this first and then put it into the sauce. You made.
