When I say an hourglass program, I mean we're focusing on building muscle in the right places, the upper, the lower to create a more hourglass balanced shape. Doesn't matter your body type, we all have a different structure, but we can all get to our best selves through muscle building and body recomposition. I'm going to let you know the split and what to expect. Our four main lifting sessions are Day 1 glutes, Day 2 push and core, shoulders, chest and triceps with core. Day 3 is pull, so back and biceps and Day 4 is our second lower body day. I also have Day 5 and 6 which are optional. Day 5: cable upper x core x mobility. Day 6: glutes x calves. Optional. So you don't have to do them. They're extra upper body with mobility and core, and then extra glutes with calves. The main bulk of the program is between Day 1 and 4. And then you've got the option to customize your split. I've got nutrition guidance based on your goals. If you want to take a look at my video explaining the different categories and starting points, you can actually go to my team chat and see my three nutrition workshops. Yes, I put so much effort into these. I make loads of extra videos and tips in the team chat as well. So have a look in the coach pins. If you want to try week for free, the program is in my bio.
