If there's one thing I learned about building my wealth in my 20s is that being cheap could be really expensive. Let me explain. Back in college, I was the type of guy who would do anything just to save a couple bucks. I had still ketchup packets and mostly survived off a Costco hotdogs and instant ramen. I thought I was being smart by cutting corners and buying the cheapest food, but that's where I had it all wrong. I started getting a lot of weight. I was tired all the time. I was always sick and I could never focus on my education, letting alone my job. Nowadays, when it comes to my health and livelihood, that's something that I'm not willing to keep out of. You see, when it comes to money, you got to learn how to pick your butt. I'm more than willing to pay a premium on quality foods and invest that money back into my health. And one of the best investments I made in my health is my orara ring. For the past 12 months, I've been wearing this every single day to help me better prioritize and lock in my health. It helps me monitor my sleep, stress levels, recovery, daily activity and so much more. But most importantly, wearing this every single day helped me become more conscious of my health and daily habits. What's it? And I'm more than willing to pay a premium on quality foods and invest that money back into my health. And one of the best investments I made in my health is my orara ring. For the past 12 months, I've been wearing this every single day your health. Because that is what true wealth is about. And so, if you want to invest back into yourself this new year, I'll leave a link to the order ring in my bio. I hope this helps.
