State your purpose in, like, literally one sentence. So that was my first paragraph. And then onto the next paragraph, I started talking about my skills and my experiences. So kind of talking about, like, what I can offer. And you really wanna tailor this to, obviously, the opportunity that you're asking to get. That makes sense. So if I'm reaching out for, like, research, then I would talk about my research experience briefly. About, like, oh, I'm in this lab, have been working on this project, and I have these skills from that project. And then, um, within the same paragraph, I tied it to the work that they're doing. Like, oh, I found this from your work, really interesting. And then to, like, show that you know what you're reaching out to. And then kind of to conclude that paragraph, tie those two together, your experience and their work and how you can work together. So kind of talking about what you can offer and what they can offer to you. Obviously, do like a nice conclusion of, I'm really excited to hear back from you. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Like, best regards and your name. And then I attached my transcript, my resume, um, and I think that was it. But I will, if you guys need it, I will, like, make a template.
