This is my usual type of content but I am in the process of trying to conceive. This is my very first time ever doing this and tracking the process and for the very first time ever in a cycle after ovulation I got the raised body temperature showing with the Oura ring for 5, 6, 7 days. Afterwards until today, when I had this like pretty big temperature drop is this the implantation dip? But it's a bit bigger of a temperature window that the implantation dip that I read about describes. So like if you've been in this phase before, or seen something like this, I know I need to wait till tomorrow really to see if the temperature goes back up or anything like that, but I'm just I'm curious for people who've been there if this is something typical that you see or is this just, you know, over for this cycle?
